Welcome to the GeoX US API workspace. This workspace provides access to high-resolution geospatial data for U.S. parcels, including parcel boundaries, building footprints, and enriched property data like roof characteristics, vegetation density, and proximity to environmental features.

Whether you're working in insurance, real estate, or infrastructure planning, this API helps you retrieve precise property insights quickly and programmatically.

⏱️ Rate Limits and Timeouts​

  • Rate limit: 300 requests per 5 minutes per user
  • Query timeout: 15 seconds (requests exceeding this limit return a 500 error)
